The present conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between MIX4CYCLING and the BUYER, as well as any purchase made through the MIX4CYCLING commercial website, at https://mix4cycling.eu, whether the BUYER is a company or an individual; as well as the general conditions of use of the MIX4CYCLING website for any VISITOR browsing said site.

The acquisition of goods or services through the MIX4CYCLING website implies that the BUYER unreservedly accepts the terms of sale herein

Article 4: Orders

We will define hereafter as “Shopping Cart” / “CART”, the immaterial object gathering all the Products selected by the BUYER of the Site with a view to a purchase having clicked on these elements. In order to proceed with the order, the Client chooses the Product(s) he/she wishes to order by adding them to his/her BASKET, the content of which can be modified at any time.To make a purchase on the MIX4CYCLING website, the BUYER must :

– Fill in the identification form with the requested details or the customer’s identification number, if applicable;- Fill in the online order form with all the reference numbers of the items selected for purchase;- Confirm the order after checking its accuracy;- Make the payment according to the specified terms and conditions;- Confirm the order form and the payment order.

Orders are processed by MIX4CYCLING Customer Service within 48 hours of the first working day following the date of the purchase order, except during the summer holiday period.

MIX4CYCLING reserves the right to cancel any order from a BUYER who is in arrears with his or her payment or who is involved in an unresolved dispute concerning a previous order.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering on the PAYPAL wibsite and must be made exclusively by bank debit or credit card, using the secure SSL protocol payment system to ensure that transmitted data is software encrypted and that no third party can intercept this data during transmission on the network. . No discount is due to the BUYER.

A paid invoice receipt will be sent to the BUYER with the ordered product and will also be available on the buyer’s user account on the website

Article 7: Delivery

Products ordered in hardcopy form shall be delivered by postal mail to the address provided on the purchase order

Products ordered in electronic form are delivered as soon as payment is accepted, in the form of an executable file according to the platform selected at the time of the order.

The indicated delivery time is an estimate. The general sale of the software is progaming on september 2021 However, no damages or penalties of any kind will be due as a result of a delay.

Mix4Cycling r shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting (directly or indirectly) from force majeure, even if the cause of such force majeure already existed at the time of the Buyer’s order or occurred after the Seller’s performance had been delayed for other reasons.

Article 14: Applicable law and jurisdiction
