Object
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between MIX4CYCLING and the BUYER, as well as any purchase made through the MIX4CYCLING commercial website, whether the BUYER is a legal entity or an individual; as well as the general conditions of use of the MIX4CYCLING website for any VISITOR browsing said website.
The acquisition of goods or services through the MIX4CYCLING website implies that the BUYER accepts without reservation the present conditions of sale.
The present general terms and conditions of sale prevail over any other general or particular conditions which have not been expressly approved by MIX4CYCLING.

Prices
Prices are indicated on the MIX4CYCLING site in euros, all taxes excluded.
MIX4CYCLING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that only the prices appearing in the catalog at the time of purchase will be applicable to the BUYER.
The prices indicated include order processing. Shipping costs depend on the product purchased and the place of delivery.
The VAT rate(s) applied to purchases are those in force on the date of the order; any change in these rates will be applied and invoiced on the products ordered as soon as the new rate(s) come into force.

Local taxes and customs duties may apply to purchases delivered to countries other than Belgium. The BUYER is solely responsible for applicable local taxes and duties and MIX4CYCLING is not obligated to inform the BUYER of applicable local regulations.
Orders
Hereinafter, a BASKET is defined as the immaterial object grouping together all the Products selected by the BUYER of the Site with a view to purchase, having clicked on these elements. In order to place an order, the Customer chooses the Product(s) he/she wishes to order by adding them to his/her shopping basket, the contents of which may be modified at any time.
To make a purchase on the MIX4CYCLING site, the BUYER must :
– Fill in the identification form with the requested contact details or customer identification number if applicable;- Fill in the online order form with all the reference numbers of the items selected for purchase;- Validate the order after checking its accuracy;- Make the payment according to the specified terms;- Confirm the order form and the payment order.
All of the provided information and the registered order constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation by the BUYER signifies signature and acceptance of the concerned transactions.
Once the BUYER has completed an order form, MIX4CYCLING will send the BUYER a confirmation e-mail.
Orders are processed by MIX4CYCLING Customer Service within 48 hours of the first working day following the order date, except during the summer vacation period.
MIX4CYCLING reserves the right to cancel any order from a BUYER who is in arrears or who is involved in an unresolved dispute relating to a previous order.
The BUYER has the right to modify his order up to the date of shipment of the items ordered, by contacting MIX4CYCLING Customer Service.
MIX4CYCLING’archives are considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties to the purchase.

Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering on the PayPal site and must be made exclusively by bank or credit card, using the SSL protocol secure payment system to guarantee that transmitted data is encrypted by software and that no third party can intercept this data during its transmission over the network.
No discount is due to the BUYER.
A paid invoice receipt will be sent to the BUYER with the product ordered.
Delivery
Products are delivered by post to the address indicated on the order form.
The indicated delivery time is an estimate. A tracking system is provided and displayed on the BUYER’s profile.
General sale of the software is scheduled for September 2021. However, no damages or penalties of any kind will be due as a result of delay.
Liability
MIX4CYCLING is held only to an obligation of means in the online sale process MIX4CYCLING’ cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, disruption of service or other problems beyond its control.
Intellectual Property
All documents and elements of the MIX4CYCLING site are the exclusive intellectual property of MIX4CYCLING.
The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document of the MIX4CYCLING website is strictly forbidden with the exception of the official logo in its colored or black and white version.
